OBOL's Brad Smulson delivers critical pet supplies during the coronavirus pandemic

Last week, Operation Blankets of Love (OBOL)‘s founder Eileen Smulson spoke with a correspondent from USC’s Annenberg School of Media about the challenges nonprofits face during the coronavirus pandemic.

Not only must OBOL and other nonprofits must continue their essential services while maintaining social distancing, they’re faced with shortages of both volunteers and funds. We are so grateful for the volunteers that have continued to serve during the crisis–we couldn’t do it without you.

Because “business as usual” has come to a screeching halt, one of our major grants has also been put on hold, leaving OBOL to replace those funds so we can continue our mission.

Won’t you help us during this emergency situation by donating? Even $5 can make a difference in the life of a homeless animal.

Again, we here at OBOL sincerely hope that you and yours are safe and healthy. We will continue to serve animals and the people who love them–all because of your support. Thank you again on behalf of the animals.
